Dr. Lowe’s Play & Enrichment Academy welcomes children ages 3–8 and their families to a unique, play-based learning experience designed to support the whole child. We recently opened a toddler class, so that younger siblings can learn through sensory exposure.

Located in our Milford classroom and extending beyond the classroom through community experiences and family engagement, our program provides an individualized, evolving curriculum that responds to each child’s interests, strengths, developmental needs, and natural curiosity.

Children are encouraged to explore, ask questions, solve problems, create, collaborate, and make connections. Literacy, mathematics, science, social studies, language, and other academic skills are thoughtfully woven into authentic experiences rather than taught in isolation.

Just as importantly, we intentionally nurture social-emotional development, independence, communication, creativity, and confidence—skills that provide an essential foundation for lifelong learning.

A Partnership With Families

We believe parents are an essential part of a child’s educational journey. During our sessions, educators provide parents with individualized coaching, observations, and practical feedback to help extend learning beyond the classroom.

Families receive suggestions for at-home enrichment activities, resources, and learning opportunities that connect to their child’s interests and current development. Learning doesn't stop when our classroom session ends. Families also have opportunities to participate in optional family field trips, playdates, and community experiences, providing additional opportunities for children to learn, explore, and build meaningful relationships.
